Military Ceremonies:
Aboard her decks, Battleship Iowa is proud to offer ceremonies for reenlistment, commissioning, pinning, or retirement. The events can be held any day of the week from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, the ship is closed to the public. Each occasion performed is allotted 60 minutes, following for all etiquette and protocols as if on an active ship. Additional ceremonial options are available.
We host numerous military ceremonies annually including retirements, enlistments, re-enlistments, and others.
